What you'll be doing: Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to closing and expanding — while working hand-in-hand with our SDR team, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver real value to SMB clients navigating global hiring and payroll.
You're the right fit if you:
✅ Have 2+ (w/ a max of 5) years of closing experience as an AE in a unicorn or high-growth tech environment
✅ Come with hands-on SaaS sales experience — this is non-negotiable ✅ Can simplify the complex, move fast with numbers, and obsess over client outcomes
✅ Are based in India and ready to show up — including at industry events across the HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll ecosystem
