We're hiring someone to own how millions of users experience District after they install the app, the person who designs lifecycle journeys, builds segmentation frameworks, drives personalisation, runs experiments, and turns CRM into a growth lever across WhatsApp, Push, Email, SMS, In-app, and RCS. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and business teams, owning everything from onboarding and activation to retention and reactivation. You'll work on high-scale communication systems, solve for engagement and LTV, and help define how modern CRM should work in an AI-first world.
