At GoNanny, we're on a mission to revolutionise the childcare and babycare ecosystem in India. We believe families deserve better care solutions and caregivers deserve better careers. We're among the early players building this category, and the opportunity ahead is massive. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, growth, hiring, partnerships, customer experience, and whatever else the business needs that week. No two weeks will look the same. The journey will be extensive, exhausting, demanding, and chaotic at times. But it will also be one of the most enriching learning experiences you'll ever have.
