As we continue to grow and support researchers, academics, institutions, and professionals worldwide, we're looking for someone who is passionate about customer success, problem-solving, and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience—helping users successfully adopt our Academic Integrity & AI Governance solutions while working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams. We're looking for someone who brings:  5–10 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment  Strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset  The ability to understand customer needs, drive product adoption, and improve retention  Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes  A proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving customer challenges This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer engagement, operational excellence, and technology to create meaningful impact.
