I'm hiring for young Applied AI engineers out of our Bangalore/SF office

The definition of software is changing. It is no longer deterministic and doesn't need to be accessed just via web browser. You will define and build this new category of software for our customers. You will help our customers build specialized AI agents on top of Crustdata + Claude. You will also fly across the world to work with customers on-site when required. We are looking for someone who - has automated 90+% of their daily tasks with AI agents/Claude - has high work ethic - has shown excellence in their education / work in past - thinks "code" is solved and obsesses over finding right problem to solve - loves talking to users Bonus point: if you know someone already at Crustdata and they can vouch for you If this is you, reach out with working version of something you built on top of Crustdata!

flying on-site to build agents on Claude sounds high-touch. is this a solution engineering role masquerading as core product, or will we actually own the platform?
