I am looking for people who can: Train, evaluate and deploy models end to end Read research papers—and challenge their assumptions Think seriously about precision, drift, explainability, latency and production reliability Work comfortably at the intersection of data, technology and banking Take ownership of a problem until it is genuinely solved The problems are not academic. They involve fraud detected or missed, credit decisions made well or poorly, customers understood or ignored, and operating processes that can be fundamentally redesigned through intelligence. This will be a small team with significant ownership. We're growing the Platform Engineering (Developer Productivity) team. If you've ever stared at a slow CI pipeline or a painful observability stack and thought "someone should fix this for everyone" - that someone is who I'm looking for. This is hands-on engineering with real ownership. You'll build the internal tools, frameworks, and platforms that make every engineer at slice ship faster and safer - CI/CD, ephemeral environments, infra automation, AI-SDLC and observability. Here, developer experience is the product. What you'll work with: Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD (like Github Action, ArgoCD / Jenkins / Spinnaker), IaC, and Go (preferred for tooling).
