I'm looking for a PM with a 'builder mindset' — someone who doesn't just manage a roadmap, but rolls up their sleeves to turn ambiguous concepts into tangible products. You treat your product like your own startup: highly entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by a relentless bias for action. Rather than waiting for perfect data or permission, you rapidly prototype (specially using agentic tools), test, and iterate. You balance strategic vision with execution, obsess over user friction, and possess the technical curiosity to speak the same language as engineering to ship impactful solutions. This is a principle PM level role.
