Program Manager (Jnr., Snr., Lead) - Household Operations
‼️ Min 2 years of post undergrad work-ex
At M, we’re building the operating system for modern households. Not a task app. Not concierge services. An entirely new category around how urban India will experience AI in daily life.
This role sits at the intersection of hospitality operations, service design, consumer behavior and AI workflows.
We’re looking for folks who are:
• are intensely curious
• like solving messy real-world problems
• naturally create systems around chaos
• can lead of team high agency hospitality professionals and strong generalists who would be strongly opinionated
• have an appreciation for all the work that is involved in running a house
You’ll work directly with the founding team and help define what “AI-native household management” looks like from first principles.
Location: Bangalore (strictly in-person)
Requirements:
+ Min 2 years of post undergrad work-ex (ideal mix is 4-10 yrs of work-ex)
+ Preference for folks with a background in operations, hospitality or service design
