What you’ll do: → Own end-to-end onboarding & product training → Make financial products simple enough for anyone to explain → Track quality scores post-training and close gaps relentlessly → Collaborate with QA & Ops to convert gaps into learning → Thrive in startup chaos because that’s where the magic happens What we’re looking for: ✅ 3-5 years in CX/process training ✅ Fintech or BFSI background is a big plus ✅ Strong content creation skills - AI first approach to build learning tools. ✅ Startup DNA self-driven, fast-moving, outcome-obsessed We’re a small team doing big things.
