You'll own the intelligence layer behind a team running 100+ campaigns across paid channels, a full CRM function on Clevertap, and an attribution stack on Appsflyer, and lead us into the transformation to AI enabled workflows. What that means in practice: - Build systems that monitor campaign performance and surface insights automatically - Own all data integrations: channel APIs, Appsflyer, internal data warehouse - Architect AI-assisted workflows using MCPs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Appsflyer): where AI surfaces the insight, a human validates, and AI makes the change in the platform - Be the bridge between growth marketing and engineering: own conversion tracking, build custom tooling at the boundary Advanced analytics experience required, and 4-6 years of experience at a high-growth consumer tech startup strongly preferred.
