Key qualifications include:
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong skills in product strategy, requirement gathering, solutioning, and delivery
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, automation, and digital platforms
- Experience with CRM, customer journeys, and process transformation
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions is a MUST
- Preferred experience in Fintech, Insurtech, or BFSI sectors
