I’m looking for someone who can see through the vibe coding hype and build good software. This role exists to design, run, and improve the software that power lead pipelines, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. What you’ll actually do 1 - Work deeply with AI tools (Important): - Cursor - MCPs - AI-assisted automation & agents 2 - Build and maintain lead pipelines & reporting systems (CRM, analytics, dashboards) - Manage code bases + execute new features weekly - Write Python scripts for automation, APIs, and data movement - Run and optimize outbound & growth tools 3 - Document systems so they can scale and be reused You must have: - Built real AI-based projects with code (MCP, automation, agents, data workflows, internal tools) - Used AI to improve some legacy system (Need not be deployed, project is fine) - Comfort iterating, debugging, and improving AI-agents when coding This role is not for you if - You want to define company strategy - You dislike structure or documentation - Prefer to learn through example vs research - Have just worked with high level tools like N8N/Zapier. Experience with real code is a must.
